Our robot, Flexibility, was made to be compact, easy to program and simple to make tools for. We first came up with a way to place the motors as tightly packed as possible and then we built a robot around it. The robot has some key features: it is a box robot, which makes it easier to put on and take off tools, the EV3 is easily accesible and so are the batteries, the front wheels can slide sideways so we can do very sharp turns and it has normal LEGO gears, which makes he power transmission smoother and it is more exact with less variation in the gear transmission.
